Quinoa Amaranth dosa recipe, is the Indian crepe made with quinoa and black gram , along with amaranth leaves is one of the delicious way of giving the regular dosa a twist. This recipe is a super food because of its high protein content. Ingredients

  • •15 grams quinoa
  • •10 grams rice
  • •10 grams urad dal
  • •1 teaspoon amaranth leaves
  • •1 teaspoon Oil
  • •Salt to taste

Method

    Soak dal with quinoa for up to 4 hours.

    After soaking, drain the extra water and add the mixture in a blender jar. Add in amaranth leaves in the mixture and blend the mixture using a little water to make the batter of dosa, set aside

    Heat a non-stick pan on medium flame and smear it with a little oil. Using a ladle, spread the batter in the pan in a circular motion , and cook for a minute. Flip the other side and smear again with a little oil. Once the dosa is cooked to a brownish hue, transfer to a plate and serve hot.
