  • •20 grams sliced onion
  • •30 grams sliced carrots
  • •1 teaspoon ground coriander seeds
  • •30 grams roughly chopped coriander
  • •½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • •Salt to taste
  • •½ teaspoon olive oil
