There will be no secret revealing if, we say that human body is made up of sixty percent of water. But what if we tell you that a human body loses up to sixty-four ounces of water in a day? New to know? Well, it’s true too! Another major role to perform by fluids is to carry/supply nutrients to cells, flush bacteria out of the bladder and prevent constipation issues.

Dehydration is the only side effect of not keeping yourself hydrated that can cause fatigue and can significantly reduce the brain function. So, before you get the feeling of- your cognitive skills aren’t at their usual speed, you better fill yourself up with a glass of water.

Daily physical activity causes the body to lose excessive amount of fluids already present in your body. However, staying fully hydrated before, during and after exercising makes your workout better as it keeps your muscles working smoothly while exercising and prevent fatigue thereafter.

Often times, lack of water makes you feel hungry even when your body does not require any food. At that moment drinking water is the best option to satisfy your unwanted hunger. Also, it’s the great way to control your calorie intake consumed for a day. So, next time you feel hungry, drink water.

By the way, do you know, when your body is hydrated, it performs at its best that helps you achieve a good mood? So, whenever you see yourself slipping in a bad mood, drink water! Moreover, headaches you get in middle of doing your daily tasks are often due to dehydration. Therefore, it’s important to stay hydrated all day long with 8-10 glasses of water to avoid any such health problems.

Some of us also struggle in drinking plain water due to its tastelessness. And to improve its taste you can add sliced fruits, mint leaves, lemon, and cucumber. Doing so will add the nutrient segment in a glass of plain water and you can enjoy drinking so to stay hydrated!
