- ½ Papaya, cut into chunks
- 1 Cup low fat plain yoghurt
- ½ Cup pineapple chunks
- 1 Tsp of flax seeds
- Crushed ice
Pour yoghurt into the blender & add Papaya, Pineapple, ice cubes and flaxseeds to it. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour it into a glass and enjoy this delicious smoothie.
