Winters are arriving and so is the season of dry fruits. Dry fruits are one of the richest energy resources and are a perfect snack and healthy substitute for nutrient dense calorie foods. They likewise work to fulfil a sweet hankering while at the same time, gives you the necessary nutrients and warmth in the winter chills.
Some of the reasons for consuming dry fruits in winter are:-
- Nuts have high satiety property.
- The presence of essential oils, minerals and nutrients help with the dryness that occurs

- The winter is the season of high dry fruit production which makes it the number one
on list for consumption.
