Mexican Style Fruit Salsa

Nutrients such as bromelain, protein, carbohydrates and dietary fiber, vitamin A, B5, B6, C, beta-carotene, thiamin, and folate including potassium, manganese, copper, calcium, sodium and magnesium. - Pomegranate seeds- 30g
- Chopped pineapple- 30g
- Chopped tomato- 25g
- Fresh lime juice- 10ml
- Grated lime zest- 2 teaspoon
- Fresh mint- 3-4
- Chopped parsley leaf- 3-4
- Salt to taste
- Ground white pepper to taste
- Olive oil (for dressing)- 1 teaspoon
- Take a medium size bowl, toss in together- pomegranate, pineapple, tomatoes, lime juice, lime zest, mint leaves, parsley and olive oil. Season it with salt and white pepper.
- Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
