It can be enjoyed in two states i.e. one that stands at warm serving while the other cold as ice tea. Lemon Ginger Tea is one of the quickest easy to make a beverage. On one hand, it refreshes you, while on the other it cures all the gas and bloating you are troubled with which unnecessarily brings a pause in your happening life.

Nutritional Value:
Lemon is the prime source of vitamin C and takes care of your skin and supports weight loss. It also helps in improving digestion along with freshening your breaths. Ginger is loaded with nutrients and bioactive compounds, which helps its shooting various health issues ranging from indigestion, cardiovascular and muscle pain.

Ingredients:

  •  1 cup OF boiling water
  •  2-inch piece ginger root, thinly sliced
  • ½ a lemon, sliced

Course: Mid-meal or Evening

Carb: 4.3 grams

Method:

  •  Put the water to boil on a medium to high flame in a vessel and then put off the flame. Add the sliced ginger and lemon to it.
  • Leave it undisturbed for about 20 minutes and then strain.
  • Now serve warm or cold. Add honey if desired.
