- 80 gm potatoes
- ½ tsp olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet pan over medium-low heat. Add garlic cloves and cook for 15 minutes, until garlic is tender. Stir occasionally.
- Stir in potato, pepper, and salt and increase the flame.
- Add red pepper; cook for 10 minutes and stir it occasionally until potatoes are tender.
