- 1 cup water
- 1 organic green tea bag
- 1 cinnamon stick
- A drop of raw honey
- Juice of ½ lemon
- A pinch of cayenne pepper

- Boil green tea bag and cinnamon stick in hot water for 5-10 minutes.
- Switch off the flame and strain the boiled water in a cup.

- Finally stir in a drop of honey into the drink and serve.
