  • 30 gram paneer
  • 20 grams onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon coriander leaves, chopped
  • 20 gram tomatoes, chopped
  • 30 gram carrots, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Multigrain bread slices

  • Mix onion, tomato, carrot in a bowl. Add coriander leaves.
  • Now add paneer, salt and pepper. Combine them all thoroughly.
