The classic summer strawberry banana smoothie recipe is hard to beat. It’s sweet, fresh and good for you. It is very easy to make and has a creamy texture and can be made with or without dairy.

Nutritional Benefits: – Strawberries helps in the functioning of the immune system, lowers blood pressure, helps better the brain function, and enhance eye and skin health. On the other hand, bananas are rich in magnesium which is a great workout snack. They also help to maintain the blood sugar level. This smoothie is great in nutritional benefits as well as taste.

Ingredients: –

  • 20g strawberries
  • 10g fresh banana
  • 35g yogurt
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1 tablespoon honey, if needed to sweeten

Calories: -42Kcal
Protein: -1.4g
Carbohydrates: -7.4g
Fat:-1.5g

Method: –

  • Take all the ingredients and blend them in a blender until the consistency is medium.
  • Serve immediately. Enjoy!
