Guava Amla Punch

This recipe is an amazing blend of guava and amla puree, flavoured with ginger and lemon juice. The appetizing cooler is garnished with a dash of pink salt and mint leaves. The immensely popular fruit, guava is a known powerhouse of nutrients like dietary fiber, and vitamins A, C, B6, niacin, folate, thiamine, and riboflavin. It also contains vital minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, and potassium.
Alma is extremely rich in vitamin C including vitamins and minerals like vitamin B complex, iron, calcium, phosphorus and carotene. Moreover, it has potent antioxidant properties including Vitamin C, an antioxidant agent that makes alma a superfood to fight against a variety of health conditions, including types of cancer.
1 Cup Chopped Guava, de-skinned & de-seeded
1-2 Amla, small pieces
1 tsp Ginger, juice
A Pinch Red Chili Powder
¼ tsp Pinch Pink Salt
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
250 ml chilled water, chilled
Mint leaves- 2-3

Blend guava and alma with 2 tbsp of water and blend it to a fine puree.
Now in a jug, mix guava and amla puree, ginger, lime juice, pink salt, red chili powder, and mix everything well.
Add water, ice cubes and mix well just before serving.
