- Green apple chopped- 1 medium
- A handful of mint leaves
- Handful of parsley
- Lemon (squeezed)- ½
- Rock salt (a pinch)
- Water- 1 cup
- Ice cubes
- Peel and cut the apple into small pieces.
- Add water, apple, mint leaves, parsley, lemon juice and rock salt into the blender and blend until it gets smooth and no apple chucks are there in it.
- Pour the smoothie in a serving glass and add ice cubes to it.
