Mesomorph is a type of body characterized as naturally muscular with moderate bone structure. People with such body type usually have broad shoulders and a narrow waist. This body type has low-fat levels and can easily loss or gain weight. They are ‘genetically gifted’ as they have a compact, naturally lean and strong body.
Mesomorph has balanced metabolic rate. Their muscular body supports physical activities without fatigue and they are very energetic. They have strong bones hence, they are less likely to get injured.

- They can adopt any kind of workout and the body will reward quickly.
- They have an optimum amount of metabolism which can be tweaked with little diet changes.
Nutrient requirements of Mesomorph
A typical diet for mesomorphs should consist of carbs or fats, proteins, and plate filled with vegetables and fruits.
