Coconut water itself provides multiple benefits from re-hydration to giving strength and energy to your body. Let’s watch out its nutritional values that help you feel you so relaxed and energized. It contains protein, energy, healthy fat, carbs and dietary fibre including mineral content like calcium, iron, zinc, copper, potassium, magnesium, phosphorous, manganese, sodium and selenium. More nutrients found in coconut water like vitamins are vitamin C, B6, E, K, riboflavin, thiamin, niacin, folate and pantothenic acid.
Lavender leaves, on the other hand, used in this recipe help you reduce anxiety, stress and improves your mood during your night working hours as it loaded with amazing nutrients that help you in many other ways as well. Tender Coconut Water – 200 ml
Dried Lavender Buds – 1 Tablespoon
Lemon – 1; thinly sliced
Calories – 80- 86 Kcal
Thinly slice the lemons and place them in a bottle or a pitcher.
Sprinkle the dried lavender over the lemons.
Fill the pitcher or bottle with cold water.
