Having a baby can completely change your life. After being a mother, women makes her whole life centralized around the child completely and then too our children are facing a lot of challenges in dealing with the day to day life. Here some points which can help to nurture your child mentally and physically.
- Teach your child about the colorful value of nutrition: Incorporate different types of colourful vegetables and fruits like bell pepper, apples, oranges, carrot, broccoli, a lots of dry foods and water etc. with family and friends, this will not only give you joy but also a very healthy habit which will help your child grow.
- Don’t Skip Breakfast: As everyone knows that breakfast is the most essential meal of the day. If you instil a routine of regular breakfast in your child’s life, this will help your children to continue their healthy life and lifestyle.
- Let your child play with their friends: Playing with friends teaches the child social and communication skills with problem solving ability. Now it’s not necessary that every child loves to play however Encourage your child to indulge into a range of physical activity like swimming, dancing or gymnastics don’t let them be lazy or a couch potato. And for those who love sports let them play outside not on the video game.
- Be a Good Role Model
The best way to encourage healthy eating is to eat good and healthy yourself. Kids will follow what they see every day. By eating fruits and vegetables and not overindulging in unhealthy food items, by serving appropriate portion size and not overeat are good ways to be a good role model for kids.
Apart from these formal tricks nurturing also means, taking care of child with love, kissing and hugging your baby often provides a secure and protected zone to the child wherein they can speak and share their problems and come out as brilliant personalities to face this world.
