This red food is a great source of Vitamin C, iron and magnesium including folate, dietary fiber, potassium and manganese and it’s also very low in saturated fat and cholesterol. Apart from this, walnuts for improved brains- have higher content of antioxidants than any other nut. Due to the content of omega-3s in walnuts the risk of dying from health diseases is reduced which also lowers down blood pressure. It may decrease inflammation, which occurs due to heart diseases, alzheimer’s disease and cancer.
- ½ tsp organic honey
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- ½ tsp pumpkin seeds
- Drop of French mustard
- 20 g Beetroot
- 40 g Pomegranate
- 20 g cherry tomatoes
- 5 g walnuts, lightly toasted and chopped

- Chop all the fruits and transfer then in a medium size bowl.
- Add organic honey from the top, French mustard, then sprinkle salt and pepper as well.
