- Basil – Handful
- Spinach – 3-4 Leaves
- Amla – 1-2
- Parsley – Handful
- Ginger – 1-2 small pc
- Lemon – 1-2 thin slices
- Water – 1 ½ glass (300 ml)
- Rock Salt – to taste
- Ice – to Cool
Calories – 30 kcal
- Wash and clean the spinach and basil leaves thoroughly.
- In a food mixer, blend all the ingredients such as (basil, spinach, amla, ginger and parsley) with water until they are pureed together.
- Add rock salt (if required) and ice cubes to it and blend them again.
- Serve cold by garnishing it with lemon slices.
