Avocado Banana Milkshake

For the same, today we are presenting a healthy shake recipe for a healthy weight gain journey. This avocado and banana shake is high in proteins and other nutrients that are going to make you gain weight faster.
Milk by definition itself is a nutrient-rich drink especially high in protein and calcium content significant for muscle building and repairing and for strengthening bones respectively. Nonetheless, milk is also an excellent source of vitamins and minerals including calcium, potassium, magnesium, vitamin A, D, B12, zinc, and thiamine which lacks in many diets. Additionally, it contains fatty acids, including omega-3s and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA).
Primarily for weight management, avocado is packed with high fatty acids like monounsaturated fatty acids, is an excellent source of energy that also contains essential dietary fibers, vitamin and minerals such as vitamin A,C, B6, B-12, , D, E, k, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, manganese, and zinc.
Banana is a rich source of protein also has a significant proportion of potassium and dietary fiber with zero cholesterol and negligible sodium. Some impressive nutritional values include vitamin C, B6, riboflavin, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, and copper.
- Whole milk- 100 ml
- Ripe avocado, peeled and pitted- ¼
- Banana – ½
- Coconut sugar- 1 teaspoon
Calories: 220 Kcal
- Blend milk, avocado, banana, and coconut sugar all together in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour in glass and serve fresh.
